You never seize to learn in Souq. You get to learn from the creators of the industry in MENA HUUUGE amount of data to look at and to enjoy the stories they tell.

Cons

the pressure is non-stop, and your personal life gets impacted in a bad way, unless you decide to stop giving a damn, which will impact your work life. the balance is just not achievable here.

Exposure to technology and people, chance to work on projects at scale. Good networking opportunities if that's your thing.

Cons

A lot of politics around the office. Managers who are good at this can benefit their employees with travel, projects, perks, etc. Some of the middle and upper managers seem to have untouchable status. Long working hours, tight deadlines.
