It's the least professional company I ever worked with, there aren't clear laws for much, HR can determine your fate also nobody knows where we're heading, stupid projects get discarded all the time because somebody changed their mind

Pros

- a relatively good starting salary. - working at a large scale that is not available in other products in the middle east.

Cons

- the company is managed by investors, they're only thinking about exiting with an IPO in a couple of years, so they dont care about building anything sustainable. - the most chaotic work environment I have ever seen, - when its time to start a big project, the whole team goes into panic mode, and then start the implementation with little or no planning and almost no specs. - every year the top management does a company wide managerial restructuring, that always leaves a lot of gaps and ambiguities.
