      Work life balance, excellent work culture, flexibility overall. You get to work with many globally acclaimed clients. Employee engagement is awesome!

      In my observation, its a great organization to work for even for the freshers and there are hardly any cons.

      Pros

      Exposure to clients across the US to help in getting the vacant positions filled. Employee centric, strong leadership, unbiased approach, strong policies and ethics. Respect for tenured employees makes it the best place to work Lot of things which will help you to enhance your learning curve.

      Cons

      The option of work from home is missing here ADVICE TO THE MANAGEMENT Employee engagement activities are not really engaging the employees.

      Pros

      I was hired on a contractual basis. The management was quite supportive in the company. They paid my pay cheque on time. If anytime I faced any issue and tried to contact them they tried to resolve it on a priority basis. They were very good and it has been a great opportunity to enhance my learning curve.

      Cons

      This job requires more pay for the workload that employees carry.
