      Source Infotech is a great company to kickstart your career, I have worked with them for about 4 years. The environment at the company will help you grow and will give you the right exposure to work with some interesting projects, using hottest new technologies in the market. You will be surrounded by knowledgeable and friendly peers. Management of the company really cares about the employees and will help you work with their direct clients as per your area of expertise. The salary is always be credited on time; it was NEVER, not even once delayed for me. Management always tries to resolve the employees concerns on priority-basis. You will also receive health care and 401k benefits. Their immigration team is one of the best and will help you in processing or any related issues.

      Source InfoTech is a wonderful company to work for! The CEO (Alok) and the whole management (Asim & team) truly cares about each and every individual. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position before they start working on Enterprise applications. They have lots of Wonderfull clients where you can work on technologies that suites your profile and courses from your Masters. Your salary will be deposited on time and there will be full transparency. You get to choose your health insurance plan from a section of options and are provided with other benefits like 401k etc. They have one of the best immigration teams which will really help with your visa related issues and processes. I highly recommend Source Infotech to excel in your professional career.

      Pros

      Source infotech is a professional consulting and staffing firm. Provides ample training and project opportunities. I worked there as a Cloud Devops engineer. Got excellent opportunities to work on AWS/ ansible / terraform assignments. Salary was always disbursed on time. There were no delays.

      Cons

      Salary is disbursed monthly and not bi-weekly.
