They have many direct clients. A competitive salary is equal to or above the standard offered by companies in the same industry. The company provides good health benefits. The President of the company is loyal.

      Source Infotech is a great company to kickstart your career, I have worked with them for about 4 years. The environment at the company will help you grow and will give you the right exposure to work with some interesting projects, using hottest new technologies in the market. You will be surrounded by knowledgeable and friendly peers. Management of the company really cares about the employees and will help you work with their direct clients as per your area of expertise. The salary is always be credited on time; it was NEVER, not even once delayed for me. Management always tries to resolve the employees concerns on priority-basis. You will also receive health care and 401k benefits. Their immigration team is one of the best and will help you in processing or any related issues.
