Pros
Not much to say about the organization. The product is almost outdated and needs to develop in line with the market
Cons
The whole company is reeling under crisis. It is one man show all the way. No respect for the employees and their talents. I don't think any one should opt for such a lousy company to grow in their career. You can't be on your own and need permissions from the boss for everything.
