Pros

Balanced management, interesting projects, good environment for creativity. Good setup for remote consultants too.

Cons

Little miscommunications from remote employees. Not a real cons, but I would recommend to create assorted events and meet-ups to keep employees more connected.

Pros

This is my second review, my first one which was a year ago where i did rate this company a 5 on 5 stars. Things are different now -free snacks,cool drinks and fruits.

Cons

- No room for learning - Most managers and higher level people are clueless on what to do - No good projects to work on - No proper transportation facility or cafeteria facility - No Employee satisfaction thanks to bad managers

1. Flat hierarchy. Everyone is accessible. 2. Freedom of making critical technical decisions. 3. Enthusiastic team.

Cons

1. Poor policies/training/benefits. 2. Policy changes are retroactive. You may be denied what you signed up for because of a new policy. 3. Poor communication from management and decisions are made in a haphazard manner.
