There is a reason there is high turnover, employees aren't valued or taken care of.

You receive a lot of responsibility right away, great for resume building.
Cons
Most people are eager and excited when they start at Sourcebooks, sadly this ends quickly after new employees realize introductory training here is absolutely terrible and the workloads can and will be unmanageable at times. This is normal at many companies but compensation packages should reflect the workload and responsibility level of the position, and many people struggle to make ends meet even if they are exemplary employees who go above and beyond for the company. There is very, very little flexibility from management if you are having unusual circumstances with family or health. It seems like management is surprised they have a revolving door and I'm not really sure why. Respect your hardworking employees and pay what they deserve and they won't leave your company. If you are a young professional looking for a springboard by all means accept a position here, just know most other recent hires start applying elsewhere quickly.
