Pros

I have been very pleased with the culture, salary, fringe benefits, opportunity, and bonuses that Sourcefire has presented. The company is creative, values its talent, and has a progressive outlook. My department is a great group of people to work with. We are newly acquired by Cisco, which may fall in either the pros or cons or both. That remains to be seen.

Cons

Benefits could be improved like 401k matching.
