Management focuses on more than just the clients; the team members are encouraged to grow and learn, providing the ability to become better and happier in your role. Management also allows a person to outgrow their current role and move into something else (if there is an opening there, of course), and celebrates your personal and professional work. The people are absolutely amazing and people feel comfortable (and inspired) to be their true selves... none of that walking on eggshells or fearing that voicing your opinion will leave you out of a job.

My time at Sourcetoad has been the most rewarding year of my career in tech. Working on the Cruise Director project has given me the opportunity to tackle exciting challenges and take ownership of key features that make a real impact. The collaborative environment, paired with the chance to learn something new every day, has been instrumental in my growth as a developer. Sourcetoad fosters a culture of innovation, and being surrounded by such a talented team has pushed me to reach new heights in my skills and career. It’s truly been an amazing experience!
