A few of my co-workers were very kind and I am still friends with them to this day.

Cons

Unfortunately, it is not a very professional company during my time there. They property staff was continuously being put down. The pay was minimal for the extensive work load and lack of support from managers after reaching out is ultimately what prompted me to leave. They make you feel like if you ask for help you are weak, but criticize you for not asking. It sends horrible mixed signals to us as employees. Also it felt as if they played favorites between properties no matter how good our property was doing (High occupancy and good reviews while I was there) we were constantly told how bad we were doing (worst property they have).
