Upper management did very little research on the market before putting a school there, then punished admissions when they weren't hitting their numbers. Corporate acknowledged the struggles in the market and revisited marketing plans many times. They seem to be looking for scape coats in their ADA position rather than taking responsibility themselves, and fixing the mistakes. Instead of giving employees necessary to succeed, they take those who aren't performing as well and just do whatever it takes to faze them out rather than giving them a fair chance to improve.

I had management that could not provide me with answers forcing me to rely on myself and peers. I was placed on leave and let go for something that was more of a training error or lack of training. Instead of counseled and worked with, another person on my team got into a similar bind and was allowed to stay with the company based on the tenure with the company.
