There are no Pros for this degree mill.

Cons

Constant faculty and leadership turnover. Too many campuses, each trying to outdo the other. Too many adjunct faculty and not enough full-time faculty who are vested in students. Although South University touts they are private not-for profit; the same people from Dream Center and EDMC still work at South including the Chancellor

First off the pay scale is completely out of whack no one gets hired at the same rate it doesn't matter if you all have the same qualifications. And those who have been there are still waiting on a long ago promised raise. But mostly there is zero consistency and you can get fired at any time for no reason or because the wrong person is judging how well you are implementing abusive recruiting tactics. Students are pushed through a process that is not beneficial to them at all. And if you have an ounce of integrity (as they preach to be key) you won't last

The administration is micromanaging. The campus president and dean of the college allow students to complain about faculty to them, without redirecting the student back to the faculty first. The administration makes "new rules" or "special circumstances" for students so faculty are literally powerless to conduct classes fairly and achieve desired outcomes.
