Extreme micromanaging work environment from higher up management. Expected to do high volume sales calls, but the “leads” given to you aren’t even real leads. You feel like a telemarketer blowing up people’s phones all day everyday for a 1% chance they will actually be interested. You will feel like you work at a car dealership instead of actually helping people in a genuine way. Compensation is not great at all.
