Pros

Upper management was okay, usually very laid back and more or less understanding.

Cons

Very branch specific, branches are more or less left to their own devices. This company is the product of many mergers and acquisitions, so there isn't a singles spot for much of anything ne it instructions, software, etc.

Pros

It was fine. My boss was amazing. HR at the time wasn't. Eventually quit from massively hostile work environment after over 3 years of not handling it.

Cons

Haven't worked there since before the Center State merger, so honestly couldn't give a good con any longer. Don't feel comfortable having left years ago. Although, don't expect anything around the holidays aside from a handshake from the CEO, and a candy cane....if you're lucky
