- Great Benefits - Family-Oriented Environment - Allows great work life balance - Training and Development, opportunities are plentiful - Room for Advancement, plenty of room for advancement - Fair Compensation - Management allows employees to be “heard” and suggest process improvements, etc.

work-life balance is great! Generous benefits and pay is amazing for the area.

Cons

The main thing I am discouraged about is the lack of knowledge on advancing. Managers dont seem to know how to help you advance in your career.
