Pros

The bank is well disciplined and organized. They take good care of their people in terms of work life and compensation.

Cons

They lack the creativity and flexibility in the tech side to compete with smaller more nimble community banks.

Pros

The typical work environment you would expect, pretty nice corporate headquarter building.

Cons

Too many meetings where nothing gets done, different functions aren't always on best terms with each other.

Pros

I had a great manager who really took care of the team, and sincerely cares about everyone beyond work.

Cons

The company is struggling with silos, and the leadership’s rapid growth through acquisition mindset means you’re always wondering if you’re about to be “restructured”. Some bad managers rise to top positions despite consensus from one level down that he is not a good fit.
