Pros

Supportive Culture: The company fosters a laid-back, team-oriented culture that’s generally pleasant to work in. • Internal Mobility: One of the biggest strengths is the opportunity for growth from within. Promotions and career advancement are possible if you stay long enough.

Cons

Misleading Hybrid Policy: The Treasury Management team advertises the role as hybrid starting after six months, but in reality, it can take nine months to a year — or longer — before any hybrid schedule is approved. Even then, the hybrid arrangement is unstable and subject to sudden changes. • Bait-and-Switch Tactics: Hybrid flexibility is used as a recruiting tool, but once hired, you’ll quickly discover it’s more of a management control mechanism than a benefit. Expect sudden demands to return to the office, even for an entire month, with little notice — often justified under vague “business needs.” • Extremely Expensive Health Insurance: The health plan is costly and offers minimal coverage. • Low Pay: Compensation is below industry standards, especially considering the workload and expectations. • Unreliable Scheduling: Planning personal life is difficult due to unpredictable office attendance demands. There’s no transparency or consistency in how the hybrid schedule is managed.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, showed appreciation to employees, remote work

Cons

The company was in a transition period and management kept leaving. There was a period of time our department didn't have a manager we, managed ourselves. Instead of hiring of the employees already doing the job, an outside person was hired.

Overworked

Pros

Remote. Great training and abundant resources within company.

Cons

Overworked with unrealistic deadlines. Was only allowed to work within 40 hours, no more no less, but work load and expected turnaround times were unrealistic within those limits. Was constantly told to work faster yet mistakes would be made given pressure, and was told to slow down to avoid mistakes, so it was very frustrating to work in conflicting environment.
