Competitive Pay for some Paid Time off

Slow to implement change IT can be lacking for a majority of the employees Inability to move up or change locations Low pay took years to get to an ok level Management tends to not understand even the basic functions of their job Inexperienced employees tend to be pushed ahead with multiple instances

Pros

High hope for my job here. Sadly it was short lived, due to the shut down of 13+ branch shut downs. They talk about growth but it’s seems all smoke in mirrors. They are headed towards a more “big bank corporate feel” and are for getting what really matters, their employees. They aren’t even offering to place the employees effected by the shut downs. You have to apply and interview for any open positions even if you’ve been with the bank 20+ years.

Vacation time is so so More worried about big corporate than their people Systems are way out of date and lag and go down a lot
