Pros

20 PTO days at initial hire instead of sick and vacation divided. We can use all 20 any way we like rather than having unused sick time.

Cons

Not enough help lines. Must submit electronic tickets for assistance that can take days to hear back.

Pros

At least it is a job

Cons

Warning Toxic environment. Make up drama. The people here make up drama about you and create toxic environment. Very high school like. All women at lot of emotions would never recommend. They are not very friendly.

Pros

PTO - you start off with 4 weeks then add 3 days every 5 years

Cons

The bigger they get the less they care about staff. No work/life balance. Upper management plays favorites. Not a good place to work anymore. Forget trying to advance and grow even if you ask for more training. If you are bogged down you are told you need to manage your time better. Most departments won’t let you get overtime so work just keeps piling up. You can’t get help.
