Pros

The pay wasn't too bad but that was about it.

Cons

Management was lacking and needed more training on how to motivate employees. The business as a whole makes promises they can't keep just so you will feel excited about working there. All lies.

Pros

With the right manager, one has the ability to work with little to no day to day management. With 6 years with the company I have only had two micro managers.

Cons

When work flow changes are being made there is little to no thought on how those changes affect the complete process. The changes are made for that one group and not on how it affects the groups that pick up the next step.

Pros

The former First Federal was a great place to work. Since I have to put a "pro", at least it's employment with a wage.

Cons

The mergers have taken a toll on the "culture." It's mostly blaming and burying your head in the sand. No one wants to take accountability. Emails and voicemails go unanswered.
