The senior people are all about themselves and their image. Thats all! Business success, process improvement and staff development do not exist. Anyone or anything that threatens their carefully crafted narrative is eliminated. They fire anyone smarter than them. Executive management is laser focused on profits and their compensation, not people and especially not salaries for people outside the C-suite..
