Short-term sighted, lack of discipline on hostile employees, pay not adjusted properly for increased responsibility, no real long-term opportunity

The corporate office has absolutely no interest in the individual needs of satellite branches, which makes daily operation excessively complicated. All locations are expected to conform to the rigid established standard, even at the expense of client relationships. Branch office staff are expected to manage operations at every level. Because back office staff have minimal, if any, customer contact and no knowledge outside their own specific department, they are largely unhelpful and obtuse. Training is minimal and performance expectations are high.
