Overall upper management of the bank is exceptional.

Cons

Management within certain departments is subpar and relies on their success on the labor of others while showing no gratitude.

Pros

Interview process was first a phone call then I had an interview with the branch manager. I got a phone call the day after the interview that I was hired and went to teller school for 2 weeks. Overall, the company cares about you as an individual and they're all very helpful once you're getting started. They give you the tools to grow and develop yourself within the company.

Cons

Sometimes you deal with rowdy customers but you learn good techniques to conquer those customers.

Pros

Building a brand new office building in McKinney. Proximity to good lunch spots as well as great communities / school districts.

Cons

Health Insurance and Maternity/Paternity leaves more to be desired. Lack of infrastructure in the technology department as well as most departments run as a skeleton crew (leaving overhead costs low so management can acquire new banks).
