Pros

The other employees are kind and down-to-earth.

Cons

The company has such a strict order that many employees feel insignificant. Marginalized employees doing jobs with a narrow scope allows for a ton of error.

You don't want to work here!

Pros

Benefits are decent, but not great.

Cons

I am a teller here and there are constantly issues with the computer systems going down. We run with such a tight staff that it's a huge inconvenience when someone is out sick. Managers don't have to clock in & out, so mine takes advantage & kind of comes & goes as she pleases. Benefits are decent, but they make you jump through hoops with pointless activities if you want to qualify for the lowest premium. Pay is lower than most other teller positions.

Fabulous Community Slow to Promote

Pros

Small Community Bank Feel but powering up with buying more banks. Friendly, humble team.

Cons

Pats on the back are given. Promotions come slowly..for some. Quicker for others depending on your connections. Some want to see you grow while others want you to play your role and stay there. Need better raises.
