Pros

Great Work Cultural. WFH and all equipment provided to be efficient. Team player and support was unmatched with any other place I have worked. Fast Growing Company and larger footprint in the Southeast.

Cons

Limited to just the Southeast of the country for Lending options. Some revamping of their portfolio loan programs.

great work life balance, hybrid schedule

Cons

they only allow a percentage raise for promotions, I came in at the bottom pay range because of how little I was making before my promotion and I couldnt make more than 15% of what I was currently making
