Pros

As a recent college grad working to get through graduate school, this was a great first post-grad job. I learned many skills necessary in the professional world, and ultimately, I learned many things about time management and prioritization.

Cons

I didn’t feel adequately compensated for the work expected of me. I felt as though I was given many responsibilities that should have belonged to the manager, and I often felt thrown to the wolves and left to figure things out on my own. So, I felt like I was getting teller pay for assistant manager duties. We also were consistently short-staffed, so I felt burnt-out and stretched too thin more often than not.
