Great company to work for! They offer lots of guidance and training to make sure you are successful at your role.

Cons

Work from home is not consistent; it's left up to area managers to dictate what days you can work from home, if any. Some areas offer a lot of flexibility, while others have none. I think it should be across the board, allowed per HR rules, for everyone to be hybrid, so it's fair for all.
