      Great community engagement and compensation

      Pros

      The culture and team were excellent. At a smaller bank, I had the chance to interact with high-level executives, which is uncommon in larger companies.

      Cons

      There were less opportunities to move to other opportunities sin it was a smaller bank.

      Pros

      I was with this company for almost 13 years. It was hands down the best job I have had. I had the privilege of working with the executives, and I could not have worked with/for a more upstanding group of leaders.

      Cons

      The only reason I am not still there is because there was an acquisition and the new bank has new leadership.
