My coworkers are awesome, a lot of them have been with the company for decades and they’re extremely knowledgable. Lots of opportunities to cross-train which works as a contingency plan during an unexpected event.

Cons

Pay is not exactly what I’d call sufficient. Overtime isn’t common. Raises aren’t abundant.
