RUN AWAY - Don't Walk

Pros

Helping the local community - kids and families

Cons

The CEO/CFO/HR/Directors - they use unauthorized funding sources to purchase items for other programs, and shift the blame onto employees. Also if sexual harassment is reported the CEO/HR sweep it under the rug and offer "girl talk" in its place. this place is supposed to improve communities but not when it's run by crooks.

Pros

The kids are amazing and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Stay away from upper management, they will ruin the whole experience.
