Horrible culture and leadership

Pros

The only pro is the office closes at 12:00 on Fridays

Cons

The company culture is terrible, everyone hates their jobs, there was no professional growth encouragement, the policies and procedures for simple tasks were frustrating and made no sense. Leadership is really non-existent unless a task needed to be done to make them look better or if they needed to justify their position. It was never clear what my director’s job actually was. The PTO was less than ideal, and we were forced to take paid time off during Christmas even if you don’t celebrate it. You are asked to pray when there is a company provided meal or hosted event even if you are not religious or of the same religion. People are mean and unprofessional to each other everyday which made going to work really really tough.
