Managers pick favorites based on how much you stroke their ego. Any innovation or new suggestion will be shot down. Place operates like it's like 1950s . Ownership is discouraged. Zero growth opportunities. Everything at this place could be done in 1/3rd of the time with 1/3rd of the people, everything is overly complicated for no reason. Zero diversity in leadership. I've personally experienced microagressions and prejudices from managers. Managers are all over the age of 60 , never worked anywhere else but here, and have 0 idea what or how an actual agile company works or looks like.
