Colleagues for the most part sincere, professional, and hardworking

Compensation disappointing. Constructive criticism from teaching staff- the subject area experts- not well received. Coaching and promotion from within only if the boss likes you; smiling, flirting giggling and generally playing to the egos of management was clearly a practice that was rewarded. “Other duties as assigned” entailed searching for and conducting preliminary interviews for a position more senior than my own, which I hoped to be considered for.

Really make a difference in the students lives. The help with placement and job security is strong

Cons

Owner unaware of what really happens in the college. Mandatory overtime, no employee appreciation only focus on the little flaws. If you do great they expect more and do not expect positive feedback. Constantly screaming and their way or the highway. Unprofessional environment.
