      Pros

      LOTS of downtime, you can literally take classes online or study for class while working.

      Cons

      Pay is significantly lower than other similar positions, becomes a bit boring sometimes, LOTS of politics and favoritism.

      Pros

      students are motivated and the staff is friendly-part time- monthly classes - 3 class week - 4 hour class - time off - they haven't pushed for more time so there is little pressure - I have freedom in my classroom

      Cons

      adjunct position doesn't allow selecting of text - I have to work with a text I feel doesn't work - I have asked for a vedio recorder and haven't gotten a response - it feels like thy don't care - I get great evaluations from students - and the dean knows it but little response - I carry a full load of students and the make a lot of money in this core class - I should have a camera
