Pros

Pros do not matter when you look at cons.

Cons

The founders have had legal issues that will make it hard for students to find jobs. You feel like part of a scam meant to deceive poor students. Feelings of guilt working there when you know what those people do to deceive others. Keiser's name is stained all over South Florida.

Pros

The work does not come home with you becasue of confidentiality reasons. Its a good foot in the door to sales and learning to deal with rejection repeatedly. Minor automony with scheduling your work day.

Cons

Everything. You live in a cubicle and make phone calls to people who did not request information. The pay and hours are awful and 6 day work weeks are no fun. It all starts out rosy and goes down hill from there. Communication with management is horrid and turnover is exteremely high due to poor training and high expectations amongst other things. No room for promotion or pay raise.

Pros

A respectable open-enrollment institution. Has grown much over the years. Honestly and always trying to improve in the face of stiff competition. Has potential. Paychecks always on time.

Cons

Erratic, at times ill considered replacement of staff and instructors has too often diminished the quality of SU's education and culture, as stated by students to replaced teachers. Most complaints and occasional disaffection reflect constructive attempts to help, not to tear down. Persons in positions of authority should listen more, and fear less.
