Pros

Late model, well maintained Equipment. Great Staff. This was a career that has potential, but is subject to LTL shipping trends. The Cassell's family does take care of the associates that work with/for them.

Cons

The Downsides are the same as any LTL carrier. suffering through the peaks and valleys of shippers. hard to plan out family time due to work needs, but that is a reflection on the shippers holding you up more than the company.

Mostly good hours. Great Pay. Genuinely nice people to work with.

Cons

Sometime long overtime hours. Weirdly enforced dress code in non-customer service position. Lots of sitting down.

Awesome company to work for, everyone from upper management down treat you with respect. Company has great pay and excellent benefits. Bottom line this company takes good care of it's employees.

Cons

Only thing bad I can say is working nights, but thats the Business of LTL freight.
