Pros

This company has a great culture and everyone works hard to keep advancing it. Most everyone here understands that we are here to serve at all levels of the company.

Cons

When you want to move up into leadership positions they require you to be willing to move. You are not required to go wherever they want to send you, but you will have to move somewhere to advance. This is good for the company, but does not value the associates completely.

Pros

It seems that the company really cares about its people when they talk about integrity and its game plan for success. The company isn't Union so with proper management, people are able to really care about each other and take pride in the job they do.

Cons

-Claim to be a technology leader, but the systems are so out of date and so inefficient it is incredibly frustrating to get anything done quickly. -They reduced funding of Technology(which is a mistake get with the century and invest in technology) and Process Improvement when there processes are the main issue. -Dont promote from within so higher management tends to not know what is going on most of the time. but they make up for that with ego and arrogance. -There is no accountability for improper higher management. Service Center managers can manipulate numbers and make themselves look great but its false. (but the systems are so out of date that the data is gone within an hour to 2 weeks so none of this can be proven right or wrong) -And because of no accountability towards these managers, micromanaging goes unseen and destroys moral. -Company has pride in not laying people off but that isn't true, They will write you up for anything so when they fire you they have fake data about why they fired you(which they are unable to prove). -They have zero formal training system. sink or swim which is not efficient and frustrating.
