      Pros

      All employees were very helpful. The staff was great and very attentive. When you needed help with anything, they were there to assist you without you feeling like you were a burden.

      There are no cons that I can think of.

      Pros

      Late model, well maintained Equipment. Great Staff. This was a career that has potential, but is subject to LTL shipping trends. The Cassell's family does take care of the associates that work with/for them.

      Cons

      The Downsides are the same as any LTL carrier. suffering through the peaks and valleys of shippers. hard to plan out family time due to work needs, but that is a reflection on the shippers holding you up more than the company.
