      Pros

      Great people to work with! Benefits of a publicly traded company with stability of private ownership, awesome people and outstanding and friendly management.

      Cons

      Company started going in a different direction after new management took over a few years ago. Once top of industry for as pay and benefits it has gone from a great place to work to just another trucking co. Getting bottom feeder people and pay.

      Awesome people and outstanding and friendly management. Good Christian company

      Cons

      some of the other employees are lazy and complacent, dont act like they want to work so it can be frustrating, this causes the management to at times place extra work on other employees that actually do work hard.
