Pros

The company itself it amazing. Pay, benefits and coworkers are the reason I stayed for as long as I did.

Cons

Management, management and management. Poor excuse for leadership at this certain location. Bad mouths employees, no experience in the field of work, lacks proper communication skills, won't train employees properly, lazy and the list goes on and on. This place can be great if they would have the proper individuals in place to manage or supervise the operation and team members.

Pros

Good pay, decent hours for CDL Home Daily Drivers, Overtime after 45 hours/week, good benefits and 401K match program. Forward facing cameras in company tractors.

Cons

SEFL tracks just about everything via LASER program on driver daily performance. Management can micromanage you at times, but if you do your job, they generally leave you alone.
