Pros

This job gives you insight on the trucking industry from the administrative perspective. From scheduling pick-ups and deliveries to making sure bill of ladings are scanned in. It assures you that it’s more than just drivers driving around with packages. It takes an entire process. They were also a family oriented company.

Cons

Downside of working for this company was that a lot of “senior” coworkers were kind of stuck in their ways of doing things so trying to do something new was looked at as a rebuttal at times.
