Horrible management. Middle management isn't given enough power to make decisions while upper management continues to make poor decisions. Stressful. No career development. Not much room for advancement. Expected to continue their layoffs over the next 5 years.
I have had a great experience at Edison so far, the department I work for looks to their people for ideas on how to improve processes and procedures and does a good job with helping achieve a beneficial work/life balance.
Cons
Politics sometimes get in the way of decision making in hiring of managers, which can be quite frustrating.
