Pros

Dynamic projects and work, super supportive albeit small group of staff. Managers were deeply invested in my learning experience and made sure to give diverse tasks depending on my interests and focus.

Cons

Project work is more lumpy, so that there’s some periods of time where things are very slow and others where there’s a lot to get done in crunch time depending on the legislative process.

Pros

Extensive training, which ensures advisors are knowledgeable when assisting customers.

Cons

There is a lot that is required of an energy advisor, however the pay isn’t sufficient for this role.

Pros

gives opportunities to learn, grow, and move up.

Cons

a bit reactive instead of proactive. CEO is blatantly left wing.
