Pros

The company strives for safety for obvious reasons and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn different roles

Cons

The company is advanced in some aspects such as using Dragon voice dictation to reduce the amount of key strokes but they updated their system and then wanted everyone to type everything after beating it in to you to use dragon for “safety” it’s like safety just went out the door for profit to be able to update their system
