Pros

Benefits Salary Yearly bonus and raises based on merit Business Resource Groups Easily able to change positions throughout the company So many growth opportunities throughout the company whether you decide to stick with an engineering job or proceed to management Safety is the number one priority for SCE which is really great for a large company to care so much about everyone's mental and physical safety

Cons

Not enough employees, and way too much work for the amount of employees across many organizations Supplemental pay is incredibly hard to get for all the after hours work needed to be done due to lack of bodies Raises do not take inflation into account
