Pros

Amazing people, experienced field employees, good benefits

Cons

Hybrid flexibility rapidly diminishing, constant re-organizations create no sense of stability or chance at improving methods, senior management making decisions based on optics not reality.

Pros

People are generally respectful of each other. The pay is good and they give you a bonus. Good amount of vacation time and they encourage you to take your vacations. Excellent work life balance.

Cons

It looks like they go through layoffs around every 5 years. There’s no obvious reasons why some people get promoted and others don’t. Also, it’s not obvious why some people are advisors and some are senior advisors. It’s not clear what needs to be done to get promoted.
