Pros

The company matches 100% of 6% into your 401k. Also, the company has a pension starting at $50,000 of which you are fully vested after five years of service. It also offers a tuition reimbursement plan of around $6,700 per year. I worked the 9/80 work schedule and had 9 paid holly days, 17 sick days plus PTO

Cons

It was difficult to get promoted.

Good Company

Pros

Good work life balance. If you get the right leader you will feel developed and appreciated. Great benefits, good people

Cons

Executive leadership is not transparent. HR is toxic. The new CHRO is horrible. No empathy and does not listen to her team. Company continues to go through reorganization and downsizing. Which causes more work for those left with no pay incentive.
