Pros

The company has strong values, with great work-life balance, benefits, and stability. It's a great environment for employees who have family and kids to care for. Co-workers are friendly, hard-working people, and overall it's a positive working environment.

Cons

The career progression is vague, and it is hard to tell what the criteria is for promotion. Second, the company values experience and seniority, and it's not very motivating when you don't feel that merit or achievements are valued. Finally, there are a lot of inefficiencies, redundancies, and layers of management in the organization which impacts the workabees.
