A Great Career

Pros

Company benefits, company values, and mission all combine to make this a great place to have a career. Retirement benefits are good too. The job itself is interesting and challenging. Very supportive company and immediate managers.

Cons

Sometimes politics can force decisions that are not at the best interest of people in the company. Also, old habits die hard at a company that has been around for many years,.
